Everything listed above is included. This offer is good for an up to 36" runner installed on a single straight set of stairs, up to 14 steps. If you live outside of the service areas listed, contact us for additional information. We measure and install in the Greater Philadelphia Area, including the Main Line out to West Chester, most of New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. If you live outside of our service area, we can still help with your stair runner, but you'll have to find someone local to install it. We ship nationwide. The only thing not included in the price is the removal your old carpet; we will remove it for an additional +$495. If you need wall-to-wall carpet on the stairs instead of a runner, we can do that too. You can upgrade to select designer and PetSmart options for +$300.
