Hi there, I’m so excited to see that you share our passion for great design, home fashion, and especially that warm, cozy feeling you get when you turn a house into a home.

Our Journey

A few years ago, my husband and I saw an opportunity to live the American entrepreneurial dream and we went for it. We purchased a struggling wholesale carpet and rug shop that had a great reputation but needed modernization. Together, we put our time, passion, and resources on the line to bring the next generation of carpet and flooring solutions directly to you.

We launched a website, cleared out the old shop (yes, we found orange shag carpet and lots of tassel trim), and got the inside scoop on the latest trends in home fashion.

As the proud owner of a 1926 stone house with small and odd-shaped rooms, I found it almost impossible to find the right-sized rugs. The old brick fireplace was too far into the room, we had wood floors that we didn’t want to hide, but wanted to protect, and the standard 8’x10’ or 9’x12’ rugs just didn’t fit right.

Our History
1980

THE FOUNDATION

William Webster Associates Inc. was founded by William and Marie Muller. By the late 1980s, their three children joined the business, continuing the family tradition.

1995

A NEW IDENTITY

Sons Kurt and Bill renamed the business Webster Carpet and Rugs, expanding focus on premium carpets and rugs.

2016

SOLE OWNERSHIP

Kurt became the sole owner, maintaining the company’s reputation.

2022

PEYTON WEBSTER IS BORN

Janelle and John Peyton acquired the business and renamed it Peyton Webster Carpet & Rugs, continuing the family owned & operated legacy.

2023

EXPANSION & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

New carpet lines, custom rugs, and a digital platform were launched.
